Upcoming documentary about Jewish San Francisco

The J. (a weekly covering the S an Francisco Jewish Bay Bay Area) has an article about the making of a documentary tentatively titled "American Jerusalem: The Jews and the Building of San Francisco." It is directed by Marc Shaffer, but the project's originator was producer, Jackie Krentzman.

2012 January festivals added

Finally at the end of February I managed to find some time to add festivals and their films to this site. That included 11 January festivals, along with the 135 movies they played. I also added 18 February festivals, but I didn't list their films yet. As af now, March 1, there are 492 festivals listed on this site and for 249 of them I also have the films they have shown. Altogether there are 1102 movies listed here.

Yesterday as I was adding more films to the site, the ones that were shown at the 5th Annual Other Israel Film Festival, I noticed that we stepped up an order of magnitude . This site lists now more than 1000 movies. For a small portion of them I only have the title and the year it was made.
